Assessment and onboarding program meeting with coach. Yearly pre-made program designed specifically for age of athlete, stroke, event, or goals. This option does not have follow up meetings with a coach but provides a program that incorporates the best practices and beliefs of Surge Strength Coaches.

GROUP TRAINING
Private coach for athletes. Onboarding meeting for all athletes and monthly form submission from each athlete to coach to assess and modify training as needed.

TEAMS
Teams receive programs by number of groups signed up. Coaches work with a Strength and Conditioning Coach and meet virtually once per month to assess performance and plan for new cycles. All athletes receive access to the training program. All programing is done to fit with the Head Swim Coach's seasonal and weekly plans.
